We were proud to be part of CHI Innovate 2025, a national platform hosted by Centre for Healthcare Innovation (NHG Health) that brought together healthcare leaders, innovators, and practitioners to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in healthcare. This year’s theme, “AI for All, AI for Change”, emphasized inclusive, ethical, and human-centric innovation.

The event opened with a compelling keynote by Minister Ong, who reminded us that:

• AI in healthcare is a human endeavour — technology must be guided by empathy, creativity, and relationships.
• Healthcare must be AI-enabled, not AI-decided — a call for bold strategies, a shift toward community-based care, and thoughtful AI use.

At our booth, we demonstrated several AI-powered solutions that are already making a difference in hospital operations:

• Ward PAR Level Dashboard & MRP: Our AI forecasting model enables smarter inventory management by optimizing ward-level stock levels and reducing wastage. The MRP-based planning tool supports data-driven procurement and operational efficiency 
• Smart Cabinet Solution: Designed for seamless item tracking and automated restocking, this solution streamlines inventory workflows and improves traceability. Visitors explored interactive dashboards and real-life case studies that showcased measurable impact 

These solutions reflect our commitment to practical, scalable AI applications that align with the event’s theme of transformation through technology.
